About Sugaring:
Sugaring is a natural technique of hair removal only using sugar, lemon, and water.
Because of its natural ingredients, the sugar exfoliates your skin at the same time! That means that it removes dead skin cells while also removing your unwanted hair.
Sugar is not heated or chemically based, making it a much better alternative for sensitive skin or if you just want to try something new!
Sugaring also tends to last longer than waxing, leave the skin smoother, and make you less prone to ingrown hairs and bumps!
Sugaring removes the hair from the root just like waxing does, it should not give you any ongoing redness or uncomfortableness (aside from the process)!
Because sugaring does not adhere to the skin, it is actually less painful!
However, it depends on what your skin wants, so you can definitely just try it out!
We still always recommend exfoliating at home to remove dead skin cells and ingrown hairs. Exfoliation only needs to be done 2-3 times a week in the shower, using our Natural Sugar Scrubs that are available at our salon!
